Aslı Boz is a dedicated pianist, accompanist and a piano teacher. 

 

She was born in Izmir, Turkey in 1986 and started to play the piano at the age of five. She studied with Seniz Duru and Secil Akdil at the State Conservatory of 9 Eylul State University.

 

In 2010 she was accepted to Amsterdam Conservatory where she studied with David Kuyken. She completed her bachelor in 2012  and her master in 2014. During her study she gave many solo recitals and chamber music concerts in different countries such as Netherlands, Austria, Belgium and Turkey.

 

She did research on how to adjust the acting techniques of Russian practitioner Konstantin Stanislavski to the performance of musicians on the stage.  This profoundly influences the way she performs.

 

She further polished her musical and technical skills by regularly participating in masterclasses given by Pavel Gililov, Huseyin Sermet, Andrei Diev, Ozgur Aydın, Christian Blackshaw.  She also worked with early music expert Richard Egarr and contemporary music specialist Ralph Van Raat. 


As of 2007 she has been teaching at different music institutions in Turkey and Netherlands.
